Professional project management is a critical factor in ensuring the successful implementation of Resolve and achieving customer satisfaction. We provide experienced Project Managers to manage our resources and ensure that the project plan is met. Resolve uses a best practice project management approach based on the PRINCE2 Process Model to deliver all projects. PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management that is used extensively in corporate and public sectors throughout Australia, Europe and internationally. The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, and offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management. Resolve’s Project Managers are certified PRINCE2 practitioners.

The Resolve Project Lifecycle captures key activities, deliverables and milestones that are a standard part of a typical Resolve project. The activities, deliverables and milestones that apply to a project for a new customer may be quite different to what happens in an enhancement project for an existing Resolve customer. Regardless of this, Resolve applies the same standards, processes and practices to ensure the solution meets your needs. Depending on your requirements, Resolve is happy to work within the traditional Waterfall or Agile process framework.
